This is just a quick short update

As some of you know by recently talking to me on the phone, I've had a series of health issues that have acted like a one-two-three punch on my business. And as of this writing, this is my first day home from the hospital. I'm happy to say that the event that took me into the hospital is probably not a cardiac event, and was most likely a skeletal / muscular issue.

This is hopefully the last in a series of events that has left me unbelievably behind on some of your orders. It started with a full week of jury duty (and a difficult case it was; a Criminal Sexual Conduct case of a Father towards his language disabled daughter). That left me a full week out of the shop. On the last day it was apparent that I was catching something that the juror next to me had, and that ended up kicking my butt for nearly another full week. And that illness and some snow shoveling brought to light some weirdness going on in my chest, so I found me a doctor and had a full physical with emphasis on the chest done. Well, a certain pain continued to appear, always a few hours after snow shoveling, so I always figured that it was muscle strain or something of the like. But, This last Monday, the pain in my sternum was sharp and severe, and went into my left arm a bit, and it woke me early in the morning accompanied by a racing heart. I took some Ibuprofen, and the pain went away by 5:30, when I had to get up to get my daughter around to catch her school bus. My heart was still racing though. Later in the morning the pain was returning and I called my doctor's office, and they said "and you didn't go to emergency?". My mother had to go to a doctor that morning, so we decided to leave early and go to my doctor as well.
During the drive the pain was scaring me enough that we decided to just go into emergency instead.
Early indications didn't really show a heart attach, but it couldn't be ruled out. I was admitted to the hospital for three days and had a good amount of tests run, and most results are back.

So, in summary....

I am horribly behind on getting orders out. I have a little help on occasion, but I'm struggling to get caught up. I am right now going through all of my orders to prioritize them by who needs what when and so on, so I ask that you please bear with me as I get my ducks all in a row. I still have some testing to do, but I'm out of the hospital for now. I did have a dizzy spell today, so I get nervous.
I really apologize for all of this, and please be assured that I'm trying as best I can to get to each and every one of your orders and email inquiries. As always, feel free to get a hold of me with any questions or concerns!
