This is just a quick short Health update

Well, the final tests came back, and I'm good! No heart damage, and blood flow is normal and unrestricted. It seems that what put me in the hospital was a skeletal / muscular issue, and looking back at the history of my pains leading up to the hospital, it seems that my snow shoveling had aggravated an earlier probable exertion situation!

Though the visit to the hospital did have its positive side; what with running all of the heart tests and all and finding out that all is good, it does have its down side with the bills with me being uninsured and all.

I do seem to have a heart palpitation thing, something I've had for years and years. Only minorly annoying, they did catch it in the hospital, and decided that it's called SVT. A rapid heart rate that comes and goes on occasion. The doctor described that our hearts have an electrical line that pulses charge down triggering the different beats that our heart makes. Apparently I have one part that has an extra piece that occasionally draws one of the charges off, causing kind of a misfire or something. He described it as like a train following the tracks, and once in a while the switch gets thrown diverting the train (pulse) to the other line. It can be treated with medicine, though they can't predict which line it might shut down (yikes!), or as an out patient they can take a thing in my groin, up the artery, into the heart, and cauterize the offending little extra bit. The doctor tried using the Joey Heatherton incident to explain it, but I don't follow sports, nor the life of Heatherton. If it gets more severe or more frequent I'll have to get it fixed. And apparently it’s a somewhat common thing.

So, in summary:

I have high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and a heart SVT. Otherwise I guess I'm fine!

Anxiety issues have lessened a bit, but I'm still working on them. I also just recently found out that a fellow vendor and best friend of mine has lymphomic cancer, but he was just told that three more Chemo’s ought to do it, so that’s great news as well!

Thanks to the very many of you all that sent me your well wishes! I wrote back to some of you, but please know that every one of your comments helped me out immensely!

As for your orders, those of you that have them placed with me, I am catching up! A bit slowly, but I am catching up!

Thanks again for all of your support, and for your continued interest in Heavy Leather Lore!
