Adding
a Shopping Cart!
I am
currently adding a shopping cart! This will take some time as I have to generate
a unique button (with many options in some cases) for each and every item here,
so many items don't have buttons yet so bear with me! For all ordering details,
visit my standard ordering page here.
What's the difference
between a baldric and a bandolier? The terms are somewhat interchangeable, but
in general a Baldric simply carries your weapon, and a bandolier will have way
to carry accessories, such as pockets, bullet loops, or other ways to attach
extra stuff.
Baldrics come in
different widths, and each width has it's own options for available
buckle styles. Scroll down to find your preference!
A common method of
slinging your sword at your side, perfect for Medieval Swordsmen and Pirates
alike! Many people make baldrics, but mine incorporate my own unique
touches to add versatility and strength! Baldrics come in different
widths, each with their own options for available buckle styles. My
standard widths are
2", 2¼", and 3". Custom widths are available also, just
right for your custom buckle! Also, all of my baldrics are fully reversible for right
or left handers!
Custom tooling is available
also; Continue below for details!

You have your
choice of different shapes for your strap ends. Select (left to
right); Bullet Point, Rounded Blunt, or Squared standard. it not
specified we will choose one for you. (This photo shows the
3" versions; the other versions are similar)
I take the time to
hand stitch every buckle in place! Sure it's more work for me, but hand
stitching is more accurate to the period and actually stronger than
rivets! Snaps or Chicago Screws are available if you prefer to be able to remove the
buckle.
Please add $4 to the price for the snap
or screw option.
You
can have the option of having your baldric plain or tooled with a fancy
border (click on the photo to enlarge). Tooled borders are only $9
extra! If you'd like something more elaborate, I can do an elaborate
decoration as well! Examples are below:

You also
have your choice of different conditions of your baldric. When
new, the leather is quite stiff, but our opinion is that a
broken in appearance is more desirable, so we take a few minutes
to begin breaking in each piece. If you would rather that yours
be new and stiff to break in yourself, please say so! If you
would like additional distressing, to give it a few years worth
of wear which may included scuffing, nicks, fraying wear points,
and other damage, just say so! A small fee of $9 will apply for
the time.

has the tip missing and shows signs of abrasion and wear. $9

All
of my baldrics have the option of having accessory
holes giving you the ability to add some accessories.
If you would like this option, please specify so!

Here is one with the
accessory holes. They are on the front and back.
The accessory holes allow
you to carry things such as powder chargers. Click here to see

Baldrics
can have holsters fitted to them as well! Using my specially
designed holsters, you can attach
them to the front as well and in place of your sword!
To find the right size, find a tape measure and use it as
shown in the diagram. Start at your hip where the base of the sword hilt
would be (the joint of the baldric itself) and take it up your front and
down your back, returning to the joint. Get a friend to help you if
needed. Note: Measuring the front and doubling the number doesn't work;
often the front and back lengths are different!
Use the measurement against the chart below to determine your size:
